“A couple of the ocean view rooms have an obstructed view. i was initially given one of those rooms. When it was brought to the management's attention they quickly gave me a room with an unobstructed view. the management is very responsive. The hot tub was great, very warm. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”
