「Great overall. Clean, convenient, excellent place to stay. A few tiny issues with a few ants in one bathroom, the door code apparatus, and the other bathroom's sink seems to leak a little around the hot water handle. Otherwise, the washer-dryer combo was convenient and effective, the showers were fine, and the beds were comfortable. Refrigerator and freezer were great. Close to many downtown locations.」

「We had an amazing time here! The bar right down the road had amazing food and we enjoyed the hot tub. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and made sure the hot tub was good to go every day and even blew leafs off the front and back patio! 」

「Samer was very responsive. The beds were comfortable. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a little outdoor balcony. Parking was street parking and we never had any issues finding a spot. The location is close to downtown and the Ford Center. The neighborhood is older and they are trying to refurb it. 」

「The cute house on Tennessee was the perfect place for my family and me to crash after a day of helping my sister move out of her house. We appreciated being able to relax after long days of packing and cleaning. 」

「This home is nicely remodeled and provided good space for us. It was great to have updated appliances in the kitchen and laundry on site. Bobby was very responsive with communicating, and check-in and check-out were easy. We enjoyed our stay in Evansville.」

「We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!」

「Everything in the house was very nice. The owners were very accommodating in letting us have a later check out due to our fight departure change. The beds in all the rooms were very comfortable. The only thing missing was a full size mirror. I highly recommend this rental.. 」
