「Just good hotel」

「Im a truck driver and decided to rent a room vs sleeping on my rig and while getting ready for bed, I not only saw 1 roach, but 2! The attendant offered another room but if there were ROACHES in 1 room more than likely there would be more in another room. And when I addressed it with the Mgr, she was callous saying that I couldn't get a refund even though I stayed in the room for 3 hrs! Then when I left the attendant didnt check me out until I asked to be checked out @ 8AM. I slept in my rig...

「Decent clean hotel for a night's stay. No amenities to speak of, not much on the breakfast bar, but clean and quiet」

「Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here.」

「The hotel is easy and nice with enough space for three of us. The breakfast is very simple but it's ok to me.」

「Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA.」

「The overall cleanliness was not up to par for a Doubletree hotel. It was not filthy, but it was not good. The stairs and elevators were not nice. My room was ok, but far below expectation for the brand. The staff was very courteous and efficient.」

「Clean and bright hotel in the commercial area which makes eating very easy,we stayed with our 4yr old boy,we could even drove 3mins to once upon a child to buy him toys after dinner time!definitely recommend!」

「We were pulling a trailer and had to park a three blocks away on the complete other side of the property and walk carrying all our bags and hanging clothes through the entire casino and hotel to get to our room. The only room they said they had available was a smoking room and now our bags and all our clothes reek of stale smoke. The staff was not helpful at all except the lady at the checkout desk this morning.」

「The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.」

「I was kind of disappointing to find out that paying through the actual motel was cheaper than it was going through experience eighty five dollars for the second night , where I paid a hundred and nine dollars for the first night through expedient , so I didn't look the second night for expedient cause it was more expensive」
