Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. 」

Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean.
