「The heating was not working properly and the house was constantly cold, we had to open the kitchen oven for some extra heat. The water currents in the showers was trickling in both showers. it was hard for 6 ppl to take showers like this. There were lady bugs walking on the walls in every room. some of them were falling onto the mattresses, and my daughter would not sleep in a bed because of that. 」
