Each room features luxurious 100% memory foam mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet throughout the house.

Relax in the spacious family living room with a sofa sleeper and 58” TV, or unwind in the formal living room with a 40” TV. The primary bedroom boasts a sumptuous king bed and 58” TV, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom features 2 cozy twins.

Step into the screened sunroom or onto the expansive deck with a BBQ grill, ideal for outdoor gatherings. Additional outdoor space includes a patio underneath the deck and a fire pit (wood not provided), perfect for cozy evenings under the stars.

Head down to the private dock, equipped with jet ski floats and a boat slip (approximately 117” wide x 310” long) for your use. Please note that the covered boat slip is not available for use. A public access boat ramp is conveniently located just a few houses down.

We have an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. However, please be aware that the chimney is capped, so there is no ventilation for wood burning.

We have a strict no-pets policy on the property.

All appliances in the house are electric for your convenience.

The property utilizes a septic tank system. Please use it responsibly.

Kindly note that the host is not responsible for the condition of the lake. Use of lake is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
