「This was the WORST experience I have ever had with Expedia or any hotel in general. It was extremely unsafe. There were people openly doing heroin or crack in the parking lot and non-hotel patrons trying to enter the lobby and getting in an altercation with the hotel manager or owner. The staff was even more horrible! We felt so unsafe that we left the premise immediately and called the hotel to let them know we would not be staying there and listed all the reasons why. 「Check in was extremely efficient, we had the opportunity to meet the owners, a very nice couple. It is obvious they take pride in their property and greeting the customers too. We enjoyed a cocktail when we arrived at a very nice welcoming bar. Room was clean, bed and linens where nice too. I would suggest a couple extra towels would be nice. All in all a pleasant stay.」
