Of all of the places I have stayed in, this was hands down my favorite! From the stunning view to the beautifully designed interior, I was in awe of this carriage home. It had everything I needed and more, with thoughtful touches like beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas to use. Everything was so comfortable and I really appreciated the blackout shades in the bedroom. I will be looking for excuses to visit here again and again!

Beautiful place and one of the best places on Vrbo we have stayed at and we have stayed at many over the years. Wonderful retreat for those visiting USCGA. Every detail thought thru from the coziness of the design and furnishing. Comfortabe king bed to the well stocked watering in the refrigerator and snacks to even the soaps The host was amazing. Our daughter graduates from USCGA this may we wish we would have found this home away from home 4 years ago. Highly recommend this beautiful home away from home. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The host was wonderful answering my questions and providing a few extra accommodations for our 3 year old. It was fantastic having a private beach right across the street. We were able to go over whenever we had time or were in the mood. The home was immaculate, cozy, bright, breezy, and full of essentials. It was so nice being able to pack light.I definitely recommend shopping for groceries at Stop & Shop close by in Waterford (although our Google maps does not have the location right! It is in the same plaza as Ollie's and The Dollar Tree). We enjoyed a lovely breakfast at Muddy Waters Cafe and stopped for donuts that did not disappoint from Flanders Donut & Bake Shop - both recommended by the host. She provided a very thorough and thoughtful welcome book and was happy to answer additional questions.I would caution future guests that are not familiar with beach protocol like us, to take the extra time to understand the beach boundaries for setting down your belongings and making sure to have the guest beach tags with you as others will ask to see them.Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and we all enjoyed our experiences. I would highly recommend it to others and would love to visit again!

Consistently Amazing

This was the second time we stayed here, and the second was as good as the first. The location was great, and the housing was clean. There were lots of little extras to make the stay even easier. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.
