Nice people, great view of Ohio River. Only disappointments are the in-room hot tub lacks water jet pressure, and the sofa bed has a really lumpy mattress.

Upkeep nvestments and repairs desperately needed

The senior citizens room that my parents stayed in, was well-suited to their needs. It was relatively clean and the bathroom was absolutely perfect for what they needed. The room I stayed in, was a disaster. Dirt and handprints all over the walls, the bedding on top was dirty and stained, the dust ruffle around the bed was torn, and because of that you could see that the mattress itself was absolutely filthy. the fixtures are all corroded and nearly rusted through, the wallpaper in the bathroom is moldy and falling down. There was no light bulb working in the bathroom. The room I stayed in clearly needs an upgrade and repairs. The staff were friendly and listen carefully to my concerns as I left.

Very dirty. Shoes stuck to bathroom floor. Springs in the mattress poked up almost through the mattress. Window wouldnt lock with screen broke. The whole place stunk.
