“Clean rooms, big rooms, but not a lot of amenities were open. Apparently there is a huge buffet but it wasn’t open. Only one of the restaurants was open and it was very expensive. We only had appetizers and 2 drinks and it was over $200. We went offsite for breakfast. ”

“Our room was large and beautifully painted, had a gorgeous hummingbird painted on the wall. Nice and clean room and loved the lotion, soap and shampoo. The nightshift young man at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Thank you!”

“Room was extremely clean, but the furniture is in need of an overhaul. Had expected a whirlpool bath but shower only, though shower itself was top notch. Beds need an upgrade as well, most hotels of the caliber have gone hybrid foam or hybrid coil. TV is too small given room size which is quite spacious. A scolding from the valet for improper check-in didnt sit well either. Matter of fact, the hotel might consider a conversation about quest etiquette with the whole valet staff. Gorgeous hotel……
