If you are looking for a place to stay in NOLA that puts you within a walking distance or a short ride away from all city hot spots, then this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms modern condo located half a block from the famous St. Charles St is the place to stay. NOLA’s must-see places like French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Convention Center, and Mercedes Benz Superdome are only 2 miles away from this great condo.

If you don’t feel like driving, public transportation, including St. Charles Streetcar is literally at your doorsteps so you can hop on and find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in no time. And did you know that the famous Magazine St is only 2 miles away from this condo making it easy for your to choose from a variety of dining options, music, and entertainment venues?

This modern 2-story condo features a spacious living and dining room area with comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace and everything else you need to make your stay enjoyable and fun.

The gourmet kitchens come with espresso cabinets, sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with tile backsplash, and make your dinner prep for the nights that you just don’t feel like going out easy and hassle-free.

The bathrooms come with a garden tub. As you head upstairs to the second level, 2 of the 3 bedrooms have comfortable beds with gorgeous leather frames and high headboards. The third bedroom is ideal for a family with kids as it has a bunker bed, great for two kids.

Things to know
• This is a two-level unit with a flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. This unit is not handicap-equipped.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent
The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

As you step out from your condo, there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Anything from high-end dining options to coffee shops to eateries known only to locals is at your disposal. Among the crowd, favorites are Houston's, Mais Arepas, Jack Rose, Balise Tavern, and more.
If you are up for a fun night out, Harrah's New Orleans is a casino located 1.6 miles from your condo. It is a 115,000 sq ft casino with approximately 2,100 slot machines, over 90 table games, and a poker room. There are several places to eat ranging from buffet-style to fine dining.
The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 24 miles from the house. The nearest neighborhood Walgreens is only 1-minute walking distance from the condo.

Large apartment with comfy beds and furniture - central location in a walkable neighborhood with easy drives to many points of interest. Major construction on the block but not disruptive and street parking was available less than half a block away.

I have stayed in many VRBO over the years and this was my least favorite place. There was visible water damage and peeling paint throughout the unit. The kitchen only had 2 spoons and 2 cups and 4 bowls for a unit that sleeps 6. The toaster was broken. There were no actual cups, just mugs. The mattresses on the bunk beds were stained and the bed was VERY rickety. The comforters were threadbare and stained and the duvet in the 2nd bedroom looked as if it had not been washed. There is no counter space in either of the bathrooms. We also saw and killed at least 10 cockroaches over the three nights we were there. Every morning there was trash and broken glass on the street outside of the unit. Not a neighborhood I would want to walk around in at night.

We really liked the location of the property and the beds for very comfortable. The place was great for our group. The only issue was we had rain on Sunday, February 17 and the master bedroom ceiling started leaking. We had to put out three garbage cans to catch the dripping from the ceiling and a towel by the outside wall because the water was coming in that way as well. I notified team Hosteeva and you indicated the property manager was notified and someone would get back to me. No one got back to me at all. My husband has Asthma so the dampness and smell really caused a problem for him. I am really dissappointed that there was no follow-up from you.

This property was ideal. The space was wonderful, clean comfortable, great water pressure. We loved the location. Close to Walgreens, liquor store and the street car. Walked the 15 minutes to Commanders palace the first night and absolutely enjoyed the beauty of the garden district. We had previously lived in New Orleans and love this area. Close enough to everything, but secluded enough for it to be quiet and safe. We will be back.

Lovely condo in quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and clean. No troubles, Uber was quick and easily got us to the French quarter. I recommend staying here. Will stay again in the future.

The condo was in perfect location for our trip. Great gathering location. Close to everything. Great bedrooms, living room , kitchen and baths. It had few minor things to repair but nothing that interfered with our stay. We will be rebooking!

The Bad: 19 lights were not working. TV remotes did not work either TV. Upstairs, it didn't matter because that TV was not even hooked up. No drain plug in Master bath sink. That sink drain leaked big time. No welcome book or instructions. No house # on the house. Dicey neighborhood with off street parking, but cars were fine over 2 nights. Needs some kind of floor mat to wipe your feet. Called manager several times. Was told Owner would come. Never happened. The Good: Newly renovated, but not quite finished. Clean. Ice cold AC. Has WiFi. Comfortable beds. Living room couches do not pull out, but were fine to sleep on. Had extra bedding for couches. Plenty of hot water. New appliances. Plenty of plates/silverware. Fridge has ice maker. Washer/dryer. Plenty of paper goods. Extra pillows. One block from St. Charles and 24 hour Street car. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Served our 2 night stay, but would not book again.
