For your morning breakfast or an afternoon pick-me-up, you can’t miss the local hot spot Mojo’s Coffeehouse, located right next door to your house. Whether you stop by for a freshly squeezed lemonade, locally roasted coffee or a delicious breakfast burrito, you’ll be coming back for more! Other options include Rook Cafe, Starbucks and Nola Grind.

Mercedes-Benz Superdome is 2.4 miles from the property. The nearest airport Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 14 miles away. Nearby parks include Samuel Square, Danneel Playground and Lawrence Square. This house is also near Tulane University.

• The residence has no dedicated parking. Only street parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• Gatherings of more than 4 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.

House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
Local attractions
Located close to the vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment of the Magazine St, as well as Freret’s famous cafes, bistros, bars and music clubs. There is even an art market with over 90 vendors on the first Saturday of the month with music, local craft makers and food samples. And if you happen to be here during Mardi Gras, this location provides easy and walkable proximity to the Uptown Parade route; and on Mardi Gras Day just a short walk to Napoleon Avenue to see Rex.

Clearly the property is not closely managed. There were literally 8 garbage carts on the curb lawn in front of the house, some of them really smelly. There was also flood debris that still wasn't picked up. The layout of the apartment was such that the only way to access the second bedroom was by walking thru the first. So the apartment with the queen bed had no privacy. The lighting in the kitchen was so poor, it wasn't possible to cook after dark. The hall light bulb was out, and the rear entry door knob fell off in my hand. The landscaping in the front and back yard consisted in 2" gravel. I guess thats what you get when you rent from a business rather than an individual
