Featuring original 19th century hardwood floors, vibrant local art, and thoughtful design throughout, it’s the perfect home base for exploring the city. We prioritize your health, safety, and well-being. Our team follows an extensive cleaning and sanitization process after each guest checks out to ensure a safe and clean environment for all.
**Pool**
We're happy to offer the cowboy pool—perfect for cooling off in the New Orleans heat! To help keep it clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple rules:
Use at your own risk—no lifeguard on duty.
Children under 15 must be supervised at all times.
Always put the cover back on when you're done using the pool.
The chlorine float must stay in the pool with the grate closed—this keeps the water clean.
→ If the float is removed or the cover left off, a guest charge may apply for cleaning.
The filter runs automatically at night. It’s normal for it to be quiet during the day.
A net is provided for you to skim any leaves or debris—thank you!
Please keep the yard gate closed and locked at all times.
Let us know right away if you notice anything unusual (like damage or low water level).

**Access**
The house has key-less entry and you will have access to the entire house. All three of the bedrooms are independent. The 1st full bath is attached to the back bedroom and the 2nd full bathroom can be accessed from anywhere in the house.
The backyard and pool oasis is semi-private. If there are guests staying in the other half of the duplex, they will also have access to the back yard and pool, but you will have your own picnic table and seating area. And hopefully a chance to meet some other cool folks in town for a New Orleans vacation.
