Modern, renovated charming condo with original brick walls and soaring ceilins in a historic New Orleans building. This premiere, first floor unit with a modern vibe and coveted garage parking is nestled in the Garden and Warehouse Districts - you can walk and explore the best of NOLA. The beautiful condo is conveniently located one block off of St. Charles Avenue, so close to Magazine Street, and offers many museums within footsteps. Walking distance to the convention center and superdome. Jump on the streetcar or Uber/Lyft anywhere in the city. You will want to unwind and revitalize from your day in the shaded pool and on the lanai during the heat.

Anniversary getaway

We went with another couple for our 9 year anniversary and loved our stay. We were able to check in at 1030 and start our vacation early. Location was great but accessible to downtown.

Just right

My husband and I and another couple, stayed here for 3 nights during our stay. We are in our mid to late 40’s and wanted a place to stay that was quiet but not too far walking distance from everything. Booking the place went smoothly with Travis answering all of my questions. Our flight there was moved up and Travis was kind enough to let us check in a little early. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and everything worked in the house like it should. Even with the highway being so close, the outside noise didn’t keep me up. We were able to try a new place to eat for breakfast and dinner each day but, there is a nice size kitchen in the Vrbo if you choose to cook.

Great stay near Magazine

This property was a great stay as we were next door to the wedding we were attending. Other reviews have complained about road noise but we did not experience any of that. Short walk to French quarter or a nice walk to magazine street as well! Streetcar is close by if you’d like to take that. French truck coffee, nearby, is also great!

Great location

This is in the middle of the GardenDistrict and the French Qtr, steps from Aquarium and WW2 museum. I felt safe and secure here. I liked having my own secure parking spot.
