Comfortable quiet stay in Big Easy.

Nicely equipped house with plenty dishes glasses silverware and cooking utensils the AC is very cool we never ran out of hot water.The front Porch and back deck are wonderful. This house is a solid choice.

Texas Wedding Visit

This was a great house to stay in! We were so comfortable every morning drinking our coffee and visiting. Everyone slept great. We walked to the grocery store and Ubered to the French Quarter. I definitely would go back if I could stay at this location again.

Bachelorette Trip

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family of 11 adults were very comfortable and we all had plenty of space. We took advantage of the outdoor patio, it was perfect for our Saturday brunch. This house is conveniently located 1 mile from Walmart, which i ordered our grocery delivery the day before we arrived and had our groceries delivered same day as we arrived. There is also a fabulous restaurant within walking distance, we had the best PoBoy's ever. Great neighborhood, very safe and quiet at night. The host Jami is extremely professional and great to work with. This will be my families go to home whenever in New Orleans! Great stay

The property almost perfectly suited our needs. Location was easily accessible to other attractions

For our five couples coming from all over the country, this was great place to visit and be together. We cooked, ate and drank and just enjoyed the house, particularly the back porch. There were a few missing items such as wastebaskets in the bedrooms, hangers, hooks or towel racks in the bathrooms, and toiletries, such as bath soap and shampoo. But --we managed and this was a wonderful house. Two of us had cars so it was easier to get around. Otherwise it is about 15 minutes from downtown by car, or more in traffic. I would definitely go again. House is newly remodeled and very comfortable and attractive.

Perfect in all ways!!

We had a large family group meeting in New Orleans (18 of us!) so we rented this one and another unit only a couple of blocks away. Both units were more than promised and Jaime is the perfect person to rent from! She handled both units for us and it could not have worked out better! This one is absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. (As was the other unit we rented from her!) Everything was perfect! The house is clean, roomy, and comfortable! Try it, you'll like it!! Thanks again, Jaime!! You made our vacation wonderful!!

Perfect Home

We rented this beautiful "Alligator House" for a 50th birthday celebration. We were five couples from all over. The house has amazing character. It was very clean, well stocked and very comfortable to us all. It was the perfect distance from everything. We literally felt like we were going home at night after spending the days out in the French Quarter. There is a nice backyard, with few outdoor games and indoor games as well. There were a few little quirky things, but they added to the character of the home. All in all, the house is a must rent! Jami was super responsive any time I messaged her. I appreciated that greatly. I only wish it was a family home to someone in my family lol, because I would go there every year. Thank you Jami for your lovely place!

Great rental for large groups visiting NOLA

WOW!!! We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful and spacious home for my 40th birthday celebration. We had 10 people in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax after long days hanging out in New Orleans. This home is a few miles from the French Quarter but a close enough drive to still be convenient. Booking with Jami was super easy and we had no problems at all with the rental/booking process. The home is in a very historic neighborhood as the listing describes and we had no issues whatsoever. Everyone that walked by was very friendly. Jami does provide a binder listing restaurants and things to do which turned out to be a great resource for the days we did not have anything planned. The house is filled with beautiful furnishings and is tastefully decorated. The architecture of the home is very nice. This home had every essential our group needed and that was great because we did not have to worry about bringing paper goods, laundry soap, etc. The group was very impressed that with 10 people we still had enough hot water and amazing water pressure for everyone to take a shower and not have any issues. I would definitely recommend staying at this property! It was an incredible birthday weekend that I will never forget!! Thanks Jami!

Hidden Gem

What a beauty!! 4 of my friends and I stayed in this Victorian gem for a few nights. More than enough room for us and a few more. Pictures are accurate. There’s a great little diner spot on the corner within walking distance. Easy to Uber to and from center of New Orleans. Would stay again!!Great communication with host.

Property not ready to be rented

Wanted to bring some things to your attention. 1) the house was not clean, dust all over, it appeared no one had cleaned the property in a while, house was hot upon arrival, temp at 85 degrees in house 2) dirty sock left behind curtain in front bedroom 3) hood vent in kitchen dirty-grease and dust, kitchen not clean, we did not cook or use stove and oven during visit 4) paper under tub in downstairs bathroom-not been cleaned 5)under all sofa cushions dirt and food items, all sofas need to be cleaned 6)door handle loose and fell off and broke, left upstairs 7)front door code did not work 8)light switches downstairs need coordinating 9)dining room chairs uncomfortable with no cushions 10)should place railing around back porch for safety 11)all door knobs are loose and need to be replaced/repaired,back door knob was taped 12) microwave keypad lights are not working properly, distorted 13)outside lights are shining into front bedroom, hindering sleep, to bright, suggest room darkening curtains 14)house needs some renovations/repairs and deep cleaning before renting again 15) pictures on site are not accurate

Family Vaykay!

10 of us stayed here very comfortably! Nice to have bed rooms for all the adult children and their spouses. Plenty of room. It’s an older home and makes some noises but that’s all part of the charm. Grateful for the 2 showers on the 2nd floor. Couldn’t make the main shower work but we managed. Lots of room to eat, gather and enjoy each others company without feeling cramped. Thank you for helping us make great memories!
