House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

I was truly impressed. Location from Bourbon and Canal Street was perfect. Close enough but also enough distance for away for a quiet evening. I'm very picky so the cleanliness of the location was on point.

This is a great property and easily accommodated our group of 6. Street parking was easy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops on the next street over. You can walk to the French Quarter in about 20 minutes. We generally drove because we had younger kids with us, but I jogged to the FQ and back in the mornings. Easy access to the freeway which was helpful for excursions. Pool is lovely. Property could use a few more kitchen utensils/pots/pans, but otherwise we had a great time. We all agreed that we would stay at this property again.

Overall good location for the exploring the city. Unit is ver spacious and in overall good shape. Would stay again. The only challenge was noise on two occasions - one group within the complex that was partying later in the evening and the Wednesday morning 4:45 trash collection wake up call.

The unit was clean, comfortable and just as described. There were no issues and the check in process was flawless. We were able to park free right in front of the unit so it was convenient and the location was close to everything. I do recommend this rental.
