Steps from Magazine St. and a short walk to the streetcar, this 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex has been recently renovated and is perfect for your New Orleans experience. The owner lives on the first floor and the guest quarters are upstairs.

A stroll down a cobblestone path leads you through a beautifully landscaped tropical garden to a perfect little hideaway. This private courtyard is for the guests use and provides both dining and relaxing in this charming New Orleans garden. Open the front door to a fully-stocked kitchen and conveniently located bathroom. The bedrooms, an open living room, reading nooks and a large bathroom all await you upstairs. An ideal layout for families, friends, couples, and dog-lovers ready to paint the town.

2 blocks from galleries, restaurants and shopping on famous Magazine Street
9 blocks to the streetcar stop on St. Charles Ave., which takes you to the Riverbend, Uptown, CBD and French Quarter neighborhoods

We stayed for a wedding weekend. Ms. Cindy’s Vrbo was absolutely amazing to stay in! She was wonderfully accommodating and so sweet! Checking in and getting inside was easy! She has a lovely backyard that we wish we would’ve had more time to spend time in. We know we will stay again!

Cindy’s place was clean and well-appointed. The layout worked well for our party of 5 adults along with our pup. The location was good and though parking was on-street, we never had any difficulty finding a spot right out front of the house. The fenced in yard was an important amenity given we travelled with our dog. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, the homeowner was really friendly and the house was conveniently located to some of the more popular areas in town. Having the fenced in yard really made it easy to travel with our dogs. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and I loved the large bathtub. Would definitely recommend.

Urban Oasis

Cindy's home is a true urban oasis. As soon as you enter her charming rear yard, you are transported away from the city. In April, a refreshing breeze swept in from the river bringing fragrant aromas in through the windows. The rental is very clean and offers a never ending supply of clean towels. There is space for the whole family. This was such a better experience for us and our two teen boys vs. a hotel room.

Great uptown cottage!

We enjoyed a great trip to New Orleans just after Mardi Gras. The rental was just as depicted, Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities with very comfortable beds! Street parking is easy, location is ideal to explore the city. In good weather you will love the beautiful yard! We had no issue but older renters should be aware that kitchen is on ground level and living and bedrooms are on second floor. Cindy is a great host- friendly and helpful if needed. We had a great experience and highly recommend this rental!
