Centrally located in the heart of New Orleans you can experience this beautiful, studio and grounds. Newly constructed with upscale materials, this studio features upscale finishes including quartzite kitchen & bath counters, Carrara marble shower, and designer lighting, linens and furnishings. Only a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride from all of the world class attractions, restaurants, and bars.
Every element of this space was chosen with luxury in mind. Quartzite countertops, Carrara marble in the bath, Champagne bronze plumbing fixtures. Bedding is 100% cotton 400TC Italian sheets, with a Peacock Alley coverlet and shams and Suzanne Kastler for Ballard Designs linen and cotton Duvet and Euro shams. Ralph Lauren towels. Appliances include a full size washer & dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave drawer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven.

Great place to stay

Easy to get to, well kept and comfortable room. Includes kitchenette and washer and drier which was convenient. Hosts were very hospitable and gave detailed direction and information. Would stay again!

We had a great experience in the Pool House - easy access, well equipped, and very clean, Location was perfect as a respite from the hustle and bustle of the quarter and down town. No worry about parking and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Perfect

Great base for long stay to visit my family

I stayed the month of February in the pool house. It was a perfect base to visit my kids and new granddaughter who lived about 1/2 mile away. The hosts were lovely and very responsive to any issues that came up

A relaxing stay in an exciting city!

We had a lovely time staying at Al and Lesley’s place. The room was amazing, the bed and sheets are to die for. We were able to relax and sleep peacefully when we wanted to, and then go explore New Orleans whenever we wanted to as well! 5/5 for sure.

Very romantic!

Beautiful pool house just a short Uber ride from downtown New Orleans. Pool is nice to come back to cool down in after spending the day sightseeing. Al and Leslie are great hosts and very nice people. Highly recommend!

The decor was refreshing and relaxing. The laundry and kitchen were nice to have and we used both during our short stay. I like the privacy of being separated from the main house and the ease of the keyboards getting us into the yard and pool house. The bed was so comfortable and I felt very at home. I would definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t ask for better

Leslie and Al were amazing, super inviting, and inclusive! The room was so cute, well maintained and clean! The pool was like a little Oasis. Close enough to only need a quick Lyft to local sights but just far enough to be away from hustle and bustle!

Clean and Great Location

The pictures match exactly how it is, clean and beautiful. The location is perfect with easy access to all things NOLA: downtown, garden district, French Quarter, cemeteries, etc. My wife and I drove down, and parking was always open next to the gate entry. Al and Leslie are great hosts and communicate everything you need to know. I highly recommend this place for any couple visiting Louisiana.

Easy in the Big Easy!

Lovely and spotlessly clean space. We felt safe in this neighborhood - it’s about a 25 minute walk to the Tulane stadium and a 10-15 minute drive to the Quarter. Parking was always available in a spot right outside the gate. Owner was super friendly and would be an excellent resource if a guest needed area info.

Delightful!

The pool house was elegant without being pretentious. Linen and furniture were beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. The private pool was a great way to end the day, and the pool house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Al was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again when we return return to NOLA.

Quiet spot in the chaos

Great stay out of the main chaos that is Mardi Gras and downtown. We had our walking shoes on and felt comfortable (a couple miles) taking in the sites and sounds. Beautiful renovations & open and fast communication with the owners made this a very enjoyable spot. Thank you!

Private, Quiet Sanctuary

Had a wonderful three night stay. The pool house is up a flight of stairs in the owner's backyard. Access through a backyard door was easy and private. The room was beautiful with vaulted ceilings, chandelier and full kitchentte. The bathroom was fancy with a gorgeous shower. The bed was comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, but I enjoyed mexican food at El Pavo Real just one block away. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Spot!

My husband and I stayed at Al and Lesley’s pool house for a week during Jazz Fest. We were all over the city, and it never took us longer than 10-15 mins to get anywhere. It’s centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, which was welcomed after having spent a few nights down on Frenchmen before checking in. The house is beautifully decorated, and you can tell a lot of care went into the design. It had everything we needed, and coming home after a day at the fest and jumping in the pool was amazing. It’s a bright, airy space where we will absolutely stay again!

Great location

Unit is right on Napoleon Ave. with an RTA stop at the front door or across the street. With the RTA system you can go to nearly any place in NO. Weekly tickets are $15 - cheap. Unit is as advertised - clean, private. There is a pool on the property but it was not available during my stay - too cold still. Access is via stairway so you need to be able to climb.
