Perfect location for us between the French Quarter and the universities. Traveled for admissions tour at Tulane/Loyola and found the hotel charming, immediately across from the streetcar ($7 for three of us to ride all day) with dining options across the street in a quiet and calm neighborhood.

Stay was amazing. Comfortable room. Front desk staff was amazing. Bathtub has a slant so would suggest some type of non skid surface in the bottom of the bathtub as it is slippery and slanted as well as some sort of safety bar to hold onto. Would stay again if opportunity arise. Thanks so much.

Everything was outstanding. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent location that was close to many restaurants and puts you within walking distance, if you can handle walking 15-30 mins, to everything (Bourbon/FQ/bars). Easy Uber ride, if not. Would stay again.

The beds were comfortable; elevators were in working order. Breakfast was good, but not included. All the staff we spoke to were courteous and helpful.
Our room was clean, but there was a dead roach in the bathroom. Our tv speaker crackled, and the connection kept glitching.
The restaurant next door is good, and access to the streetcar is excellent. There is a pool, and nice courtyard seating areas.
We would stay here again.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. The whole process was very easy and although we had an issue with our TV…the staff quickly handled the problem. It is a very unique and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend.
