Host communication was excellent. Check in and check out instructions clear and concise. Place was as described. Good location, well lit up at night, with a short walk to the Canal St trolley cars making it easy to get to French Quarter, good restaurants and other locations. No need for a car with Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other grocery stores within walking distance. Place was clean and back yard set up is great for relaxing and hanging out. Mattresses ok but wish the bed frames did not squeak as much. Did not have a coffee maker, but guests across the hall had an extra one they gave us. The kitchen was light on amenities: silverware, cleaning supplies and cooking utensils. Pots and pans could use an upgrade as could the dining table. Had to work the one toilet with a plunger to get it to flush better. Overall, a good stay.
