We had problems with the parking.buiılding had height restrictions so they sent us to another place told us it’s very close by walking (motor than 1 mile walking) but there wasnt an empty lot so we parked to a public lot. We took Uber to go and back to that lot and we paid 20 dollars for 24 hours but when We were checking out they tried to charge us 50 dollars for parking even though they did nothing. We objected and waited for them to check it with the other parking space. The Reception kept talking with a heavy southern accent even tough We told them We are tourist and English is not out First language. Service quality should be improved.

Staff were very attentive and friendly, just a word of advice regarding parking, there is a Hight restriction we were unaware of 6ft 8, our truck has a camper shell on so had to park 10 minuets away, other than that everything was great.

The hotel was nice and clean but when we checked out we got a surprise charge for parking. It was not discussed when we checked in and i wasn't really told what it was when we checked out too. Ended up being almost $50 a day extra. Not happy about that.

Beautiful property! Staff was mostly helpful and attentive. There was one day where the housekeeping didn’t show up when we were gone the entire day. Wasn’t much of a big deal, there’s a closet in the courtyard where you can grab any toiletries you may need. Only real complaint was the air conditioning could not keep up in the room. Post showering we would have to keep the bathroom door shut from the rest of the room because it would take forever for the room to cool down. The bathroom never cooled down. If I was to stay there again I’d ask for a room in the building with central AC rather than the typical motel split AC system under the window. Coffee was always available in the front, but it looks like the hotel once served a continental breakfast? That would have been nice, but there were plenty of options around the French Quarter for breakfast.

This property is stunning and in an amazing location for walking the French Quarter! We had a courtyard room and it was well worth the additional cost. Though the property was beautiful, the absolute best part of our stay was the staff - everyone we interacted with was top notch!! Special shoutout to Stewart who took great care of us at the start of our stay!

Place d’Armes is not only incredibly beautiful, but in a prime location in the French Quarter. The staff were helpful and so lovely. We stayed in a room without a window, and it was everything we needed. The bed was cozy & comfortable and it was very clean. I will stay here again next time we come back to NOLA. Highly recommend.

Perfect location! Short walking distance to all things in the French quarter. Hotel is a great piece of History, lovely pool area and courtyard s. Service was excellent both at the front desk and housekeeping. The only downside is the needed painting/repairs on steps/ exterior balconies.
