The property overall was very clean but when I opened the door to the closet it was full of dust. There was no soap in the bathroom and basic room supplies such as a hair dryer or iron were not provided.

The staff that I dealt with were great but they are working with limitations. The rooms are small and lack amenities - no dressers and in the first room to which I was assigned (had to move because the roof was leaking) the closet was entirely taken up by the water heater which left no place to put my clothes. The Internet service is a nightmare. It's ridiculous to have to pay extra for WiFi when you have to continually call an outside company to connect your devices and that company has limited hours of service. The most redeeming element of this property is the restaurant/bar. Best hurricanes in the area, great food, and terrific service.

I would give 5 stars but unfortunately their maintenance team is a pain to get to do anything except more toilet paper. We had a couple of issues and I let them know twice but no one took care of it, so we took care of it ourselves. I will say the place is very busy as it’s an RV park villas. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay. It’s a true Louisiana experience. I will stay there again despite the issues just because it’s so lovely there. The ladies in the check in are super nice too-I just wish their maintenance listened to them! Also the onsite bar & grill is DELICIOUS. Highly suggest the crawfish bisque

What a lovely place, sat on the Mississippi looking out at the paddle steamers. Very comfortable rooms, nice place to sit outside on the decking. Food was excellent in the bar & happy hour cocktails were appreciated!! 😁. Would recommend and certainly stay again !!

This is located in the 9th ward. I did not know this. However, I felt safe. It has roving security and code to enter gated community. This accommodations were great for what we needed. Clean, quiet, safe, affordable, and kid friendly. Nice play area and clean pool.

Very clean, well maintained vacation property. Exactly what is expected when purchasing a vacation or rental property for my family. Property is well taken care of with a friendly staff and crew. Staff at check in could not have been more helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Very easy going staff on my obvious frustrated demeanor after my family slept in the lobby of a neighboring hotel. My family would like to thank this establishment for making our stay in New Orleans a unforgettable experience that my children will cherish for their entire lifetime.

We stayed 3 nights. Had problem to get into the unit, because the card wasn't working. The security person of the property had difficulty with walking.Outside at night in the unit and in the hallway it was dark, no lights because all bulbs were out. We had to use our iPhones as flashlights. It means poor maintenance and safety issues for guests.The TV wasn't working, reported to front desk. We had no TV for 3 straight days. No WIFI. You have to pay for it. The location is 15 minutes from NOLA. We were there in March - of the season. In bathroom we got a small 1 soap and small tube with shampoo and conditioner for two people staying 3 nights. It's your decision. The is a fridge with coffee maker. No hairdryer. No iron...

The room was cute but very tiny. It was clean and seemed maintained, but…Not even a chair to sit on. The air conditioner leaked with a rain storm. Towels were stained and covered in holes. There was also no water pressure and barely washed the shampoo out of my hair.

My family and I stayed here for the first time and really enjoyed ourselves. The nice semi private porch was a good spot for us to enjoy either a nice complimentary coffee watching the sunset or adult beverages at night all while having a beautiful view of the bayou. The onsite restaurant had super delicious food. And i definitely cannot forget the game room that included a pool table, foozeball, & ping pong table. We certainly recommend this place.

I stayed in the villas. They were nice inside. I'm rather large, so I sunk thru the soft mattress. The large Villas have full kitchens if you prefer to cook yourself. The ride to the Villas was through an area I thought was abandoned, but quickly changed once out of the city.

Worst experience ever! The bathroom was full of stains and was dripping dirt and dirty water from the roof of the bath shower. I've checked out right after 1 night although I've initially booked it for 3 nights.

I had no idea this place existed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay & being near water was calming. The restaurant on site had nice local food options. My only complaint was not having a microwave in our room. Overall, decent stay away from central city, gated & quiet. I would def recommend.

We had a great stay at Sea Brook Villa. I thought we would be staying on a floating villa though and turned out to be a room like a motel, with a mini fridge and coffe maker. It is close to the water though with seats and table on the deck to sit and watch the boats go by as well as the sunsets. Everyone was super friendly and the restaurant on site serves great food and makes a wonderful Hurricane! I would definitely come here again and will recommend to my friends and family!!

Loved the facilities. Villas are really neat. Great for rv family’s. Good on site restaurant. Neighborhood outside of fences and gates is rough but the facility is guarded and secure. Had a great stay!

We were able to check in early. Everything was good hot tub was open but freezing. And cable in the room dint work very good. Would cut out or not work ar all.. over all nice place away from the city. Pretty peaceful place to relax.

In all fairness, we did not have an RV, so we stayed in one of the villas. The website really needs updating and to be more cellphone friendly. It was difficult to navigate and see actual photos of the property and rooms. The villa I thought we were getting was one with a living room area and an actual kitchen. What we got was 2 rooms, a bathroom. It had a microwave, mini fridge and a little sink. It was myself, my husband and our 6 year old. We were going to NOLA to spend Christmas with family but they ended up not being able to make it and no refunds were given so we were stuck. We had to pile all the presents up on the tiny table and then open gifts and everything in one of the bedrooms due to no living space. The property was pretty clean overall, but the villa was less than ideal. Maybe it’s a better experience when you stay there in an RV? We ended up leaving 2.5 days early because it was so bad.
