What an incredible rental!!
Just WOW!! Where to start…from the moment I booked this property Jennifer and Tyrone were in communication. As several women we had questions regarding early check in and coffee pots. Someone always answered the phone and ‘there were no stupid questions’ were their policy. They kindly offered early check in with no additional charge which was so appreciated. The location in NOLA was wonderfully located in the quarter. The building was very safe and secure with a key pad for building entry. The building was new, clean and safe. The condo was very spacious with 2 very large bedrooms with the most comfortable beds as well as pillows. The bathrooms were over stocked with large fluffy bath towels which we ladies LOVED! We enjoyed our mornings in the family room having coffee sitting on the over sized sofa and chair. The kitchen was overstocked with all the amenities of home. The location of the condo was perfect for walking to Royal, Bourbon Street, Mississippi River and the casino. Make sure to visit Ruby Slipper for breakfast (next to the condo) best ever and walk across the street to House of Blues for live music. Our last morning we were enjoying out lazy morning so we reached out to Jennifer for a one hour additional late check out and she said ‘absolutely enjoy’. This truly caped off our amazing weekend. If I could give Southern Comfort 10 starts I would. We will be back to visit NOLA and when we do we will stay here again.

50th Birthday Trip
The location manager was very responsive to all communication. If fact, she found time to bring a iron to the place so that we didn't have to be wrinkle all weekend. Let's get into this location: it was 1/2 block from Bourbon, felt really safe, easy to access, and was a comfortable stay for both the couples. I would absolutely recommend this location to a couple, family, and or friends. It's accessible to everything.

We very much enjoyed this area. We were able to walk to all the attractions that we wanted to see. It is a very beautiful and comfortable living area. Super comfortable beds also. This is our second time staying here and will do again if we return!!

Beautiful apartment, great location
This property was very nice and in a great location! My only small sticking point was that the check-in instructions weren't proactively sent, so I had to call the day we checked in to get them sent to us. This seemed weird because I would think that kind of info could be automatically sent, but it wasn't a big deal. The host then met my friends who arrived first to give the keys and all was well. We had a pleasant experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Pack lightly! Parking is off site and there is not much space for unloading in front of the building. We had difficulty with key fobs working when we arrived, but Jennifer resolved the issue quickly. The evening we arrived, one of the bedroom breakers tripped and would not come back on. Maintenance came to resolve the issue the following AM. We have a few recommendations: put a Kurerig in place of the Mr. Coffee- it does not brew the entire pot or keep the coffee hot. The ceiling fan in the living room needs to be replaced. It does not work properly which may be the cause of the electrical issue in the front bedroom. Also- The view from the windows on Saturday afternoon included a junkie out on the sidewalk with multiple needles joined by a guy on a bike who later joined him to cook some meth. So sad as I am certain you do not have any control over what happens outside the windows! Your place is spacious, clean, and really nice. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels! We enjoyed being able to walk or Uber everywhere!

Great Experience!
This was a nicely appointed condo in the quarter near Canal and close to every touristy thing. Our hostess was available to us even when we arrived late and had trouble using the fobs at first. Bring every conceivable toiletry (including facial tissue) and shop around for parking. The closest lot is not the cheapest. Two king beds for the five of us actually worked so we never used the air mattress.

Such a great location and property!
This place great! Awesome location. It was clean and seemed newly renovated. We did have one issue with our bed but Jennifer got it fixed promptly. Management is very responsive. The only small complaint I would have is we could never connect to the Wi-Fi. But we were not there for work so it wasn’t that big of deal. The TVs connected to it fine. We will for sure stay there again and highly recommend!

The apartment was great! It was the perfect location if you want to be in the French Quarter, but also have some breathing room. Jennifer was wonderful to work with. We arrived earlier than expected and she let us in to the property right away. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location - In the thick of it all!
Jenny was traveling the day before and the day of our arrival so we had a little panic waiting on a few questions. She was ultimately able to take care of everything for us and we ended up with a great stay from a fabulous host. Space was clean and Maintained, stocked more than adequately for our needs. Location was minutes walk to everything including Bourbon St. The location is in the French Quarter, so be aware that evenings on the weekend will have some street noise - did not bother us too much. Jenny was super accommodating! Would not hesitate to stay at the space again! Thanks Jenny!

Great Stay in the Big Easy!
Overall, everything about our stay was great! The property was beautiful (pictures online do not do it justice) and clean. Accessing the building was also very easy, and the location was perfect. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to many of the go-to sights, restaurants, and entertainment. The only issues we had, initially, were that we could not find the amenities chart online, which we wanted so that we could pick up a few staples, including snacks and drinks, and the wifi name was incorrect. I texted the number asking for a link to the amenities chart, but did not receive a response, and we were able to correctly guess the wifi name (password was the same one that was provided in the booking info.). I would stay here again, and would also highly recommend to others!

This condo was the perfect size for 4 adults and one 2 year old. The location was good - being near the Aquarium, busline to the zoo and streetcar! Alley behind unit was noisy sometimes but didn't bother 2 year old. Only con was no hot water in kitchen.

Great Walkable Location for French Quarter Fun!
Overall, this was a wonderful property. It was extremely clean, well equipped and a perfect location for the French Quarter and NOLA nightlife. I would absolutely book this property again for a friends trip or a couples trip. I would be a little wary booking this trip for a family vacation, as it can get a little loud/rowdy at night and in the early morning, but it didn't bother us! The property owners were very nice. It was a little hard to get in touch with them about early check in, but once we did, they were very accommodating. The property felt safe and secure, and I would definitely recommend it for your next fun NOLA trip!

NOLA after holiday stay
The location was perfect. The unit was as described and very clean. The building is very secure and quiet. We had parking at a private residence so was not concerned with that, yet there are several lots in an easy walk. Our next visit to NOLA we will definitely try and re-rent this unit or another in the same building.

The location is perfect except that early in the AM there is a lot of noise from the trash trucks and the freight train(s) that roll thru across the street. Bring some earplugs , otherwise the place is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the sheets and towels are nice, there are enough kitchen gadgets etc that you should have anything you may need. I had a small issue with the bathroom sink drain and the maintenance man was there the next AM and had it fixed quickly. This is a note for.the manager, I would have the dryer vent looked at , my clothes would not fully dry, it may need to be cleaned and I would get a couple dozen coat hangers, those are sparse. Overall a great place.

Pros: location - walking distance to everything FQ, separate bedroom & baths Cons: noisy! Industrial Street cleaning every other morning at 9:30 including weekends; internet is terrible- we brought our own hot spot and Roku and still sucky; master bed is broken - had been “fixed” three times previously with the recommendation to replace; no amenities as stated - ie drinks, bath items, 2! hangars in the closet ( we left a dozen) For some reason for 4 adults we only had 2 hand towels.

The condo was very nice. In a perfect spot to explore the French Quarter. Everything was in easy walking distance. Parking was convenient. Beds were very comfortable. for light sleepers you should note that condo can be very noise early in the morning with noise from outside. Also the second bedroom has a high window to the kitchen so if someone is sleeping you cannot turn on kitchen lights.

Bad start, great ending !
Check in was bad. Our room was already full. Almost walked in on other people. Owner got is another room and all was great! Great place, and had a blast!
