“The owner was responsive and courteous. One block down to trolley (Canal). Restaurant on corner served a great Sunday morning breakfast. Our son and his family stayed in front full unit, and we were in the smaller back unit. Very convenient—nicely furnished and clean. My husband uses a walker, and although tricky getting to the back entrance with the walker, we were able to navigate safely with the help of our son and grandson. It was perfect for two. “We stayed at this property for a week for my daughter's graduation. There were 3 couples and a couple infants. The property is accurate in its description. The first floor rooms are spacious and provided plenty of space for our group. The kitchen is very functional. Each bedroom had an ensuite which was very useful for each couple.The parking for two cars behind a gate gave us confidence. Additionally, street parking was always available. The Fresh Market is a mere two blocks away. ……

“Have worked with VRBO for many years and have always had excellent everything! Gave cc# on VRBO site and got a request for my card number again from the property mgmt co. After speaking with VRBO apparently that is how some of the properties work. Gave them my cc again and they never ran it. 3 days before the trip they cancelled the trip! Had to rebook! Glad the property was still avail! Nice property, great location so 5’s everywhere else.”

“The property is actually a duplex that's connected in the middle so you have two of everything. My friends and I came from all over to spend a nice weekend in New Orleans and this proved perfect for us. The place is a bit rustic - as shown in the pictures- but it has everything you need. As I mentioned in the title, we particularly like the location. Lots of good restaurants in the area and an easy trolley ride down to the French quarter. ”

“We were intrigued by this Shotgun house which is an older house but in very good condition and very clean. We loved learning about the history of the quiet neighborhood from the owner himself. We even got to experience part of a jazz funeral at a nearby church! Coffee shops, restaurants, museums as well as the French Quarter are within walking distance. The WiFi was great for working remotely. Check-in and check-out were easy, too. Would definitely recommend this property and we plan to book it……
