"Everything about the hotel was great except for their parking policy. I checked in without a problem then went out to do some work around the city. When I came back there were no car parks. I asked reception where I should park they told me my options were to pay $30 for a carpark or park on the street I pointed out that the reservation said parking was included and I was told Parking was only included unless there were no parks in which case you then have to pay $30 The receptionist thought...
