Every now and then, something very special comes along and this is it! Karamu Korner is a charismatic bungalow with a charming sassy contemporary deco edge. Enjoy holiday cooking in this quaint fully equipped rustic kitchen with a classic range cooker and large butlers pantry. Boasting natural warm timber features, open plan cleverly designed living spaces and little nooks allowing guests to spread out and relax in total comfort seated around the dining table as you share a meal or the morning coffee on the deck. The efficient Pyro wood fire keeps the house warm and cosy in winter. Loads of dry pine is stacked in the back shed, ready to be used. Slide back the doors and make the most of the well set out decking area with outdoor couch and loungers capturing the afternoon sun.

Four well appointed bedrooms, the master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, ensuite and it's own private deck area where you can relax and enjoy the morning sun and garden view. Two further bedrooms and additional large bathroom with a bath and shower are located in this wing of the house and the fourth bedrooms is accessible from the lounge area. Additional fantastic features of this property include double garage with internal access, fully fenced garden, Weber Q BBQ, unlimited WIFI and laundry facilities. A brand new heat pump/air conditioner has been installed in the open plan living area for guests' comfort and convenience.

Spend your days swimming at the popular Fitzroy or East End swimming beaches only a stroll away or head along the Award Winning Scenic Coastal into the CBD. Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Spacious style

This house was great for the relaxing Christmas holiday we planned. Three generations had plenty of space to relax, and two bathrooms was great. It was close to shops, beach and walking routes. Near enough to access city shops when they were open and Pukekura Park for the evening light display. The modern kitchen and butler's pantry made it very easy for two or three people to be preparing Christmas meals together and and internal access to the HUGE garage meant security for two cars. Outside area was private and comfortable. I would recommend this house.The decor was delightful although my teenage grandson was rather taken aback by the nude in the bedroom. Loved the Nania lamp in the lounge.
