「Great location. Easy paddle to Hospital Hole. Kitchen was well equipped with some starter spices, pots, bowls, etc. A floating mat that my nephews had a blast on! Several kayaks, paddles & life jackets for use.The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!」

「Adorable place. Quiet gated cozy. Photos are super accurate which sadly is uncommon on this app. Host was responsive to questions and was able to accommodate a last minute request of mine with no hesitation. 」

「Third stay at this comfortable cottage - just as wonderful as the prior visits. The hosts are communicative and responsive. Love the fresh eggs, they made a yummy breakfast. And the horses loved the apples (thank you, Dave, for the suggestion!). Will definitely be back for a fourth visit.」

「Very clean, comfortable, attractive and convenient. Mini kitchen area served its purpose well though a couple of extra plates / cups would have been nice since my kids came over one night for takeout. The parking area was a real plus. Would absolutely stay again」

「We had a great time and the host was fantastic to work with. The apartment was clean and well decorated. Everything was very comfortable. If you are looking to walk around downtown Dunedin, the location is excellent. It’s in a quiet side street but easy walking distance to downtown including a nice cut through to Dunedin brewery and other locations nearby. Would definitely stay there」

「Loved our stay, super cute house! Very clean, beds were comfortable. We fished in the pond at the back of the property and caught a few fish! The T.V. doesn't work good, but internet was great. Very close to honeymoon island beach and beautiful park at the end of the road you can walk to and watch the sun set. Local restaurants are great and a dunkin right around the corner. Very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely come back. 」

「Easy check-in. Everything was just as the explanation on VRBO. Beds were comfortable. The cottage was an original from the 20s or 30s so it had old charm. You don’t find much of that these days. super convenient walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely come back and stay!」

「Everyone in our group were very happy with this place. Layout and amenities were perfect and location near center of Dunedin couldn't be beat. Walk to restaurant, brewerys, shops and coffee shop but still easy to slip out to beaches and entertainment. Ten stars if I could. 」
