Clean, quiet, new/modern, very comfortable beds. Things that could use attention are the breakfast and housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights and breakfast 3 of the 4 days there was always something missing ie; bacon, sausage, eggs and that was at 8:45 9:00 well before closing one day there was nothing!!! Housekeeping was to change bedding on 3rd day! Never happened! Actually they didn’t show up at ALL! Had to go to front desk to get towels the night shift girl came up and got our garbage, I even had to go down to the front desk for toilet paper 2 days in a row, none was left in room. A bit embarrassing I would say !!!! At check out the morning of Feb 19 I voiced my concerns at the front desk and the woman didn’t even acknowledge me, no I’m sorry for the inconvenience she handed me my bill and walked away!! The girl that helped me the night housekeeping didn’t show up was very apologetic and helpful, hats off to her!!!

Nice stay, beds were comfy. Only thing used the fitness room and the equipment is in poor shape and really dirty no towels or wipes available and so I went to the desk to get towels and she said there should be some in pool area. Not cool see to have bothered her. Breakfast was good.

It’s set off the main drag a block so it’s very quiet with easy parking. Right next door to a coffee shop. Close to a brewery and distillery. New building and it was very clean. Rooms have nice amenities. The bed is, by far, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on at a hotel. It rivals my Saatva at home. Continental breakfast was what you would expect, but decent. If we visit again, we would definitely stay here. The only issue is that we had to wait to check in because staff was on break when we arrived and there was a sign in the desk, indicating staff shortage (like everywhere).

No water
Staff were rude. Stayed for a wedding weekend and they shut the water off on the day of the wedding to fix something. No one in the wedding could shower. When I confronted the person at the front desk she was very very rude to me. It would have been nice to get an apology at least.

Greeted rudely, the woman at the desk was a complete arse for no reason. We were woken up at 7am by vacuum cleaners and stomping from above by staff. Breakfast was terrible. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Never again.

Customer relations need improvement
We had to change rooms later in the evening of our first night because the heating system would not automatically turn off. Even though we had the thermostat set at 72, when we returned to the room after dinner, it was 116 degrees. The young lady at the desk was very helpful in moving us to another room. I tried to explain the situation to the manager the next morning, but she refused to believe that there was a problem. Upon check-out the 2nd day, she brought up the subject and seemed a bit defensive, saying that the cleaning person checked the heating system and said it worked. OK. I just think that she could have offered an apology for our inconvenience and that they would make sure that the system was checked by an HVAC technician. Everything else about the motel was satisfactory.

Very accommodating staff.
We had to change rooms because the heating system malfunctioned. Also, we experienced noise in the walls and pipes...because of the malfunction or the fact that we were located right above the utility room. Staff was efficient and we experienced no problems with the move.

Very nice hotel, staff were very helpful. Actually used the fitness room and was surprised with the variety of equipment there. Was very quiet, didnt hear outside traffic or people in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast had a great selection. Even got to spoil myself with some cereal as they had almond milk! Appreciated that very much. Close to the walmart. Would stay again.
