"Thistle Ridge is an exceptional property. The "cabin" is an amazing work of architecture situated an 12 acres including river front, beautifully furnished and completely stocked with first rate kitchenware, spices etc. Easily among the best vacation rentals we have experienced over many years. And Kimberly was a wonderful hostess, super responsive and helpful, and kind."

"Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing."

"Very beautiful little cabin. Loved how cozy it was. Extremely beautiful property. Felt like I was visiting a grandparents house. Quite the hidden gem. Nearby West Jefferson is my favorite town in all of North Carolina as well!"
