「I booked with this host for July 10-12th 2026 and was left without a room to stay in for my family. The host never responded to me and I wasn’t able to check in. Upon arriving to the hotel, the hotel staff informed me that this is typical behavior for this host due to them not providing their direct contact information but instead providing the hotels number as their contact number. Since the room is privately owned the hotel staff are unable to help with the process. I do not advise anyone to...
