Welcome to beautiful New Smyrna Beach with 17 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches. Enclosed by 2 national parks one north of the barrier Island where dogs are allowed and the other south with miles of unspoiled beach no homes or condo's nature pure. New Smyrna Beach has some of the best restaurants around. Casual to fancy.
You won't be disappointed at the different choices we have in town. We have a lot of conservation land where you can spot Manatees raising their calves in a small cove and dolphins are all along the Intracoastal waters here. Every water sport you desire is here also from fishing to surfing, paddle boarding, jet skiing or plain relaxing at the beach.
Historical Flagler Ave. has small quaint shops and restaurants and always has some type of fun special events going on. Canal Street also has quaint shops and restaurants and has a farmers' market Saturdays lined along a beautiful Palm Tree St. with an oldie car meeting

Come enjoy this 4 bedrooms 3.5 bath heated pool & hot tub home a short car ride to the ocean.
With 18 foot ceilings and over 3200 foot square foot outside covered patio area with a pool enclosure. The inside of the home has a fireplace in the living room area with 2 couches and 1 large armchair with ottoman.The family room has another 2 couches to sit and relax and with a view to the pool area. Off of the living room is a large flat-screen TV 63 " along with a circular couch to relax and watch a film or TV together. We have a DVD library with all types of films along with a lot of movie channels.
The Master bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bath within the room, along with a large TV & DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and TV and a DVD player,the bathroom is 4 feet in the hallway away, The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and a TV and also a bath within the room, the 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
2 of the bedrooms have a view of the pool area along with the living room and full kitchen with plenty of counter space if you like to cook and is loaded with everything you need to make a great meal. The back of the house has lots of glass for magnificent views of the pool area and palms. Dogs are allowed for a small fee, no cats bc of guests with allergies but we do know a pet sitter if a must we can connect you up with.
Pool & Spa heat fuel are extra costs please look at rates.
Currently 15 cents per kwH
It can range from 8 to 40 per night depending on outside temps and the temperature of the pool.
Propane used to heat the grill, hot tub and fireplace is currently 45. Per 5% usage. A credit card is needed on file .
A meter is read upon check in and out. You can also monitor your cost and decide if you want it on or off.
FYI Extra security has been added. There is a outside camera facing the driveway and the pool equipment not in the house or pool area of course.
