New Taipei City Hotel with Pool

"A beautiful hotel with wonderful view and environment. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the food at the restaurant was great. We will highly recommend it. "

"Clean room, staffs were friendly, breakfast was good. Airport shuttle were great, there is the airport mrt station next to the hotel that is convenient, you can go to the airport or go to the Taipei main station, they also gave us checked out late 1 free hr. We didn’t like the bathroom bc it opened style, no sliding doors, no bathtub. They didn’t have hot water when we checked in but they fixed it, the extra bed was not comfortable. The hotel was very convenient if you need to stay close to the airport, a little far from the the city or sightseeing spots."

"Very clean rooms with nice shampoo, and gel. Used the exercise room, which was sparse, but good enough. Breakfast decent, and included Yakult and Natto!"

"I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Taipei, located right next to Taipei 101, and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay. The view from the room was outstanding, offering a beautiful perspective Taipei 101. Cleanliness was top-notch, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The lobby was elegant and welcoming, adding to the overall luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Taipei."

"Beautiful large room. Excellent staff in the Horizon Lounge. Great service in Li Bai and the lobby lounge. The international buffet at the Cafe was a bit of a bun fight with the locals, although the food itself was good. "
