「Hotel needs updated but perfect if you just want to sleep. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were very clean. No smells. Place was very quite. Staff super friendly. Good location by Walmart and a great bar and grill.」

「No coffee maker, only 2 small bars of soap and the towels were the size of hand towels. No lamps either. The desk people were very nice though. For the price it was kinda expected.」

「In the original room I was given, the bathroom smelled like urine. I had to request a new room.」

「I did not even stay. I walked in to the door and walked right back out. The place smells TERRIBLE!!! They need to do away with the inscents in the main office as well. They refused to give my money back. Said I had to do it 48 hours before check in.」

「The dead bolt on the room did not work. Tried to inform staff of it when I left, but no one came to the front desk. Slept with the big chair blocking the door.」

「The staff are so friendly, the room was very clean, had a few wear/tears here and there but not bothersome. Parking was sufficient, but the bed!!!! Omg!! Best sleep of my life kinda bed. So soft. I will definitely be back!! 」

「We were very disappointed with the Holiday Inn in Columbus, Texas. I would not recommend this property to anyone! This hotel needs to be refurbished or remodeled or leveled and start over. This Holiday Inn is not like any other Holiday Inn we have stayed in. I suggest management go spend two nights in this property. See what I'm saying. Disappointing!!! 「Was in building 4. The hallway smelt like weed, cigarettes, and must. The room smelled better but still had a strong cigarette odor even though it was a non smoking room. Opened the mini fridge and about 20 roaches scrambled.」

「Started off a little shaky! No one at the front desk and the phone was ringing off the wall, however the daughter of the front staff was there and contacted her Mom who arrived quickly. She sincerely apologized for the delay. We checked in and moved on with our stay. Our room was clean and plenty of towels and washcloths but no bath soap! The pool appeared clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was very good and our hostess, Sherry, was very attentive to our needs. Coffee was hot and...
