Our family had 5 rooms, every room had some sort of issue, some needed dehumidifier which were either loud or needed to be emptied, one had a spider, my room a/c was set at 70 but felt much warmer during the night and semi junk toilet, nothing you couldn't live with but hard to justify nearly $200 per night each. Which reminds me, I had prepaid for my room6 months in advance, but the front desk still ran my card again, when I came back the next morning with my documentation proving I was double charges I was told that the card Hotels.com was unable to be run at check in and that is why was double charged, but it went through the second day and that I will get a refund in3-5 days, I am still waiting for the refund to show up but it hasn't been 5 days yet. This is the first time that has ever happened to me over the 50+ times I have booked through Hotels.com.
The good
No problem with breakfast, that was decent and I also liked the pool area.
I don't know if the attached Green Mill Restaurant is owned by someone else, but that experience has just OK as well.
I have not plans to return to New Ulm if this is the best you have to offer
