Located in the heart of Koreatown (walking distance to Herald Square and Penn Station), Korean & Japanese restaurants, shops, spas and other businesses are packed into this busy, fun street. The hotel is clean and required masks when we were there (Apr 2022). Rooms are small, though not unusual for NY hotels. We discovered a sitting area just off the lobby, in a loft, as well as a rooftop bar with a pretty good view (the hotel is 17 stories high). It would have been nice for the staff to let you know there were these areas. The hotel also doesn't store luggage and the lobby near the entrance could have been kept better (looks like they were storing some things there).
