Beautiful Clinton Hill House

Enjoy a fanciful modern home life in a quintessential historic neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY. Walk just five minutes to two major subway lines that will drop you into two different points in downtown Manhattan in 20 minutes. The house is 3 stories of a 4 story townhouse. Enjoy beautiful wood floors and white walls and gorgeous sunlight all day long. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an outdoor deck with stairs accessing garden, AC, window seat, modern kitchen with Viking oven and stove top and Bosch dishwasher in the center of one of Brooklyn's most beautiful Brownstone neighborhoods.

One Queen and 3 double beds sleep 8 comfortably. We do provide an air mattress for one extra guest. the bedrooms are all master size. There is one bedroom with an ensuite bath. A second bedroom has a newly renovated private bath with marble slab shower and walnut counter tops next door. The two big third floor bedrooms share a full size bath with large tub and shower.

The outdoor deck provides both an area for grilling and dining as well as additional space for reading/lounging space.

Family trip

Wonderful and quiet house in Brooklyn perfect for 6 persons like we were. 2 min walk from subway and then 15 min to Manhattan. We were at home in Pamela's house. C'était vraiment chouette.

Très Bon séjour

Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Le séjour s'est très bien passé. La maison est idéalement située entre le métro, les magasins, les restaurants. Manhattan est facile et rapide d'accès. Petit problème de toilette bouché, mais la propriétaire a été très réactive pour solutionner le problème. Très bonne impression générale.

Beautiful and comfortable home in a great neighborhood in Brooklyn

The home is beautiful and our family was very comfortable. Pamela was a great host and checked in from time to time to see if we needed anything. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood in Brooklyn close to public transportation, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. We highly recommend Pamela's home.

Beautiful 3 story 4 bedroom 3 great bathrooms near subway for easy access to Manhattan

Very easy communication with owner, home just as described. Very comfortable home base for our family of six with plenty of room to spread out. Very nice old renovated Brownstone with small but well-accommodated kitchen and awesome back deck with a grill (we didn't use). You do need to be able to negotiate stairs as all bedrooms and bathrooms are on 2nd & 3rd floors. Two deep tubs in two of the bathrooms and nice shower in the 3rd. Comfortable beds after walking many steps each day, our choice. We used public transportation nearly exclusively. Some nights would have been better to be closer to "home", but we learned to negotiate the subways without much difficulty. Grocery around the corner that was very adequate with nicer fancier stores a little further away. We ate breakfast in and dined out otherwise. We treated the owner's home as our own and we not hesitate to rent again in the future. Thank you very much!!

Fabulous Brooklyn Brownstone

We had Thanksgiving dinner for seven there and it worked out great. It is huge with over 3000 s.f. So we could spread out and relax after big days uptown. Easy access to the c train right around the corner.

An amazing house in a great neighbourhood in Brooklyn.

This was a perfect house for 5 of us- my wife and I and 3 grown up children. We had lots of space and with 3 floors of this classic Brownstone to explore, never felt cramped. The house is very close to a range of shops and places to eat on Fulton Street and the subway is 2 blocks away- 20 mins to downtown Manhattan. The house was clean and well maintained and Pamela had made sure that someone put the trash out and gave us us full instructions on the use of equipment etc. We were met at the house even though we were late due to a poor taxi service from JFK. The house has a deck which is a little oasis overlooking the gardens of the block. Pamela was only ever a text away and always responded quickly to queries. Thanks to her and her concierge Mirian for making our stay so successful.
