The building does NOT have an elevator, but the apartment is located on a lower floor, so stairs are minimal and manageable for most guests.

Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited, and non-compliance will result in a $500 fee. In-Person Check-In Late Check-In Fees: $30 for arrivals after 9 PM. $50 for arrivals after 11 PM. $100 for arrivals between midnight and 1 AM.

Check-Out: The official check-out time is 11 AM.

Reservamos para 3 adultos y un menor de 13 años, y cuando llegamos nos encontramos que solo había cama para 3 personas. La primera noche tuvimos que dormir en el suelo. Al día siguiente nos pusieron un colchón inflable, pero el apartamento quedó reducido a nada de espacio ni para comer ni para moverse.

It is not fancy, but clean enough and convenient for 2 adults. The hallway was scary, but I was relieved that the apt was not. The location was excellent, safe and convenient to Trader Joe's, TJ Max and the subway. The apt is more like 350 sq ft and should be advertised for 2 persons. The beds are air mattresses which were comfortable for us, but we are not big people. Once we inflated the air mattress for my granddaughters there was no room to move around or use the table. The communication with the host was excellent. A reasonably priced apt in a good location perfect for 2 people.

Attractive apartment in a convenient location. East access and accommodating host. Nice kitchenette, living and dining area and view out windows. Slow drains and could have been better vacuumed, but good value. Would book again!

The apartment is in an excellent location and it was immaculate. It is even better than the pictures show. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating. We give this FIVE STARS and highly recommend it!
