Needs Attention

Property needs attention: refrigerator leaks, rug is upside down so backing flacks off, fabric on chair is sloughing, couch is stained, no mattress protector and mattress is stained, unknown when the floor underneath the beds had been last vacuumed, drain in shower slow to flow with trap filled with hair and debris, ice machine broken and despite Blueground's promises, never fixed. I will never rent from a Blueground property ever again. They say there is assistance, but it is an empty promise. The staff of the building were the only bright spot. They were helpful when Blueground was not.
