Achtung, abweichende Adresse!

Du wohnung ist klein und praktisch. Allerdings handelt es sich um eine andere adresse als in der app angegeben. Dies führte kurz vor anreise zu Irritationen. Bei der ankunft funktionierte weder warmes wasser, noch die heizung. Vermieter direkt angeschrieben und er meinte, wir sollen das wasser nur länger laufen lassen, leider ohne erfolg für den ersten Tag. An den darauffolgenden tagen hat dann beides geklappt. Allerdings ließ sich die heizung nicht regeln, weswegen die wohnung permanent unangenehm warm war. Die Küche hat auch nicht die volle Ausstattung. Bspw fehlten Töpfe und man konnte nicht mal wasser kochen. Das Bettzeug hatte keinen richtigen Bezug sondern nur ein Laken. Es wäre schön gewesen bei der Ankunft wenigstens eine Flasche Wasser vorzufinden. Das Haus war sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn sehr laut. Ohropax sollte jeder dabei haben. Morgens war es trotz Vorhänge sehr schnell sehr hell.

Ottima struttura, piccolo inconveniente

Il nostro arrivo è stato un po' complicato perché siamo arrivati abbastanza tardi e proprio quel giorno si erano abbassate molto le temperature. La cassetta di sicurezza nella quale si trovavano le chiavi per entrare si è ghiacciata e non si apriva, il proprietario però ha subito risposto ai miei messaggi e ci è venuto ad aprire il portone quanto prima. Era dispiaciuto per l'inconveniente e si è offerto di prenderci cibo o bevande calde, ma eravamo molto stanchi quindi abbiamo rifiutato.Per il resto l'appartamento è piccolo, ma funzionale. Fa molto caldo, come in tutti gli edifici di New York quindi consiglio un pigiama non troppo caldo. La cucina ha molti utensili, noi consigliamo solo di aggiungere un apribottiglie. Il bagno era abbastanza comodo per una persona alla volta e dotato di shampoo, sapone e phon che abbiamo apprezzato. La zona è tranquilla e con qualche ottimo posto in cui fare colazione o cenare a poca distanza a piedi (15-20 Min ). Dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro linea N che vi porterà in circa 40 minuti a Manhattan.Noi siamo andati a Natale e abbiamo apprezzato tanto anche la vicinanza a dyker heights e le loro luci di Natale. Consigliamo di trascorrere qui i vostri giorni di vacanza a New York!

First refund requested.

The room was not marked. The room was much smaller than expected or listed. Room had two pillows. No hand towels. Bare minimum. Internet was mislabeled. You will need to keep in close contact with the tenant because they will be able to help or tell you to bad that’s New York. Roaches and bugs were in the closet and bathroom. Window shades do not block goth very well and the room gets lights every morning. Loud neighbors. luck having them explain the ac. Better like tinder and humid. The water you apparently have to let the water run for 3 minutes or more because if you don’t it comes out white. I do not recommend using the water. The bed was two steps from the kitchen and one step to the kitchen table.if you are tall good luck using the toilet comfortably. Would never recommend this room to anyone and the host will not make you feel any better if you complain, they will actually say what you say is false. I guess there’s always two sides to every story. I wish I never booked.
