It was just ok. They never supplied enough towels so we had to request them daily. Our shower dripped the whole time with rust in the tub. It was convenient and we did not spend much time in our room.

We loved our stay great location! Although the room was clean there was many things off woth the apartment. The shower head was risted and there were rust spots on the floor. The lights also didnt work sometimes. Other then that it was great amazing staff super helpful!

Lights in the bathroom did not work for 3 days. Housekeeping lady tried her best to motivate someone to fix it but not successful. The location is great but the hotel seen better times.

Près de plusieurs stations de métro, dont une juste en face. Hôtel très bruyant. Chambre petite et doubles rideaux non opaques. Petit déjeuners simples mais très copieux (muffins et bagels) mais pas de jus de fruits

This no-frills hotel is very affordable in a great (although not necessarily very pretty) location close to tons of restaurants, the subway, and Penn Station. While this is an older hotel and the furniture and hallway decor do not appear to have been updated in some time, it is very clean and the staff are friendly and quick to address any concerns. The included breakfast was very limited - coffee, tea, bagels (but no toaster), and muffins. I would definitely stay here again for the price and location alone.

It was convenient to the subway. Nice lobby. It was a noisy street with no ear plugs provided. The elevator was sketchy.

Great location, next to the 1 subway stop and busstops. Multiple supermarkets nearby. Very clean and large room. Loved the corner room with two windows, looking over the busy streets. Breakfast is super, with jumbo bagels and even bigger muffins. Perfect price for a perfect stay.

The hotel was in a great location. 15 mins walk to Times Square. Subway at end of block. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean towels every day. Muffins bagels for breakfast tea coffee also available. Would have been even better if we could have got decaf coffee.
