The people that ran the front desk were AMAZING! They treated us like we were residents. They answered all of our questions, went out of their way to help us, and even saved our raincoat that we left a whole week so we could get it when we returned from our cruise. My mom and I would definitely stay here again.

Super friendly and helpful staff helped make check-in/check-out a breeze. The room, although not overly large, was immaculate with all the amenities. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Do not stay there if you are a slight sleeper. Extremely noisy - we heard people at the hotel all night long, mostly staff.

We stayed for 2 nights and the TV wasn’t working. They finally fixed it by the last night of our stay. Never had an issue like this at any other Club Quarters and I have stayed many nights with CQ over the last 10 years.

Staff at the front desk seemed to be the nicest, requested wine glasses during my stay and took over an hour for them to come… also ordered house keeping for the room at 8 am and wasn’t serviced until after 4:30

Pro: A block away from Grand Central Station, so subways were always close. Checked in rapidly. Bed very comfortable. Quiet at night. Very nice top floor lounge with water, coffee, tea and views of surrounding city. Three working elevators, little wait time. Lots of dining options close. Theaters close as well. Okay: We were told room wouldn't be made up unless we asked. After 3 days it needed it, but somebody came to make it up without asking. So fine. Con: Minor stuff. Hot water takes as much as 5 minutes of wasted running to get hot. The room is tiny for 2 people. We didn't come to town to sit in the room, so it didn't really bother us, might bother someone else.

This Club Quarters was little bit further from another CQ that I've stayed at in the city but was perfect. Came on a weekend so it wasnt too busy, a little bit quieter, lots of coffee places near by, pharmacy and a hop & skip from Grand Central Station. The best front desk safe! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Club Quarters and highly recommend it. It was centrally located, walking distance to Grand Central and plenty of good restaurants. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The best part was the service. The concierge was friendly and accomodating and let us check luggage early and kept it after we checked out so I could go cross town and retrieve my credit card. They were also really funny and we had a lot of laughs with them. 5 stars!!

Had a great time here, only thing I would change is the tv. Their system was a little outdated and our room smelled like smoke, although it was a non smoking room but great experience overall.

Great inexpensive option to stay on Manhattan. Simple but useful room. If you plan to be out and about a lot this is a great place to stay. Very helpful friendly staff. The room was not beautiful or super luxurious but clean and comfortable in a very good location with a great walkscore.
