Hampton Inns are consistently comfortable. Breakfast was a bit of a madhouse, but timing was part of the problem. My only real issue is the Hilton “ambassadors “ that hover in the lobby to pounce on you to get you to a timeshare sales meeting. Given the option between a Hilton property and another comparable choice, I would choose against Hilton due to their aggressive sales pitch. That’s just awful.

Location is great. Breakfeast is good (relative to an american breakfeast) enough to power your start of the day. Rooms are small but this is NYC you probably won't get larger for the same amount of money. Staff was kind.

It was posted that the hotel offered valet parking but once we got there we were told it was not, they gave us the address of the parking garage and when we asked if they will take big SUV’s we were told yes. We came to find out the once we drove to the garage did not take our car and found another place but it will be nice if the staff is aware when asked and give the right recommendations as to where to park. About the breakfast, only one word, it was terrible, all the food look suspicious, not enough sitting for all the guest so some had to stand next to the tables to eat. The milk was rotten and the apple juice was watered down so much that it almost look like water. If you are planning just to sleep and skip breakfast you have a good place to stay.

However, there are many parking Garage in the city that does not fit oversized vehicles. Additionally, as it relates to breakfast we do ensure that our items are fresh and replenished quite frequently. We also have a lobby seating area for breakfast. We will however escalate to department head to better provide options suitable to guest preference. We appreciate your feedback and will address your concerns

This hotel is worthy of the good reviews its getting. I researched many hotels in the area and this Hampton Inn had great reviews for a reasonable price point. We usually stay in another hotel nearby and it was a little pricey This place gives you a same price on your room no matter what size bed configuration you are looking for. Most hotels offer a queen size bed for a lower price and make you upgrade for a king but not this place, the advertised price on Expedia did not change. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were well appointed and quiet. Our room was right in front of the elevator bank and i never heard a noise. Great place to stay
