Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. The elevator didn’t work half the time we were there, so we had to take the stairs up to our 13th floor room a few times. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Great for the price! Definitely not a luxury hotel however, I was in NY for a few days to see Denzel Washington on Broadway and It suited my needs. I was impressed by how clean the property was, I really appreciate that! They offered a few breakfast options each morning and staff was awesome! I would definitely recommend, especially for a short trip!
