Great hotel for price

Lots of room for NYC hotel. Staff pleasant and professional. The room controls are a little confusing. Also, no iron, but room service brought one quickly.

Our room smelled like pot. The hvac system did not work, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Very overpriced for nothing.

Hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was fantastic the only complaint that I have is they completely overcharged for every amenity. Glass of wine $24.00, bottle of $30 wine was 130.00, $20 mini bottle of Johnny Walker Black 135.00. I realize that you always get robbed at the mini bar however this took away from the overall experience.

Great hotel for south end of Manhattan

Superb room and hotel. Very clean and luxurious. Stayed here to avoid the bedbug problems in NYC, this mattress is done up like Fort Knox. Mattress was superb, not as firm as ours at home but definitely not ridiculously soft and surprisingly supportive. Excellent.

One Night Getaway

Right in the heart of SoHo. Great location for a fun day of shopping and dining. Nice rooftop pool and bar.Great large comfortable rooms.Friendly staff.

Most spacious room we've ever had in NYC

Great hotel, staff and location. This room was large, comfortable, clean and relaxing. The bathroom is huge, with double sinks, a freestanding tub with a view (not the best view, but still nice), a large tiled shower, water closet and a tv! The bedroom had a comfortable king bed, a full size couch, microwave, fridge, closet, bar, bureaus and was clean and quiet. Anywhere you went in the hotel, the staff was more than accommodating. Our TV was out, but they gave us free internet access and some compensation, which I enjoyed in their great spa. I also loved the cozy pool area, service and little bar/restaurant poolside. Food and drinks were ridiculously expensive, so didn't get to enjoy that, but everything else was great. The location in SoHo made it fun for shopping and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room price is great if you don't touch anything

Well-appointed room for a good price. Shocked to see microwave built-In, nespresso maker, full bottles for bar, nice bathroom, etc. However, Couldn't get the a/c to work properly. Had to lower it to 60 to get it to pour cool air, which got it down to 68, but then if you turn it up to stop blast, it quickly warms up to 75 and doesn't come back on. The rainfall shower head with a restrictor was a big disappontment. Couldn't even rinse shampoo. Don't use the mini-bar! If you pour a drink, you have to buy the entire small bottle of vodka, entire bottle of whiskey, entire bottle of tequila, etc, each for $135. Or you could go with the half bottle of veuve for $175 or the bottle of Trump wine for $75. And there wasn't anything special about my $112 breakfast for one from room service. So, eat and drink out of hotel!

Spacious, Luxurious, Modern Hotel

The rooms in this hotel are surprisingly large, with bathrooms that rival those found in suites. The service was great, and the place felt modern and classy. The only issue I had was the proximity of the hotel to the Hudson tunnel. It made traveling to and from the hotel by cab a little difficult because of the traffic.
