This hotel has no personality but it is clean staff is friendly practical to get to NYC by R train . Neighborhood is not exciting although close by other area of BK that are more fun . So a convenient place to stay just overpriced by the time u add taxes and etc …

Great very modern hotel. I had a great view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. Nice room. Nice rainfall shower. Close the the Brooklyn Cruise Port so a great pre cruise hotel.

The hotel states that there is valet parking available but no one was ever at the stations. The paint job in the room was horrendous and the shower head was leaking when we entered the room.
