An excellent choice

Let's accept the fact that NYC is expensive. This hotel is on an affordable side. That being said, there is nothing short of. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes walk from Grand Central. Definitely fully recommended.

Check-in was great, Sam was very helpful. The room is very small but clean, trendy, practical. The bed VERY comfortable. Took quite a while (7 mins) for the shower water to warm up. Quite noisy but the earplugs helped. But overall we absolutely LOVED this little gem of a hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was continental style - fresh, convenient! Rooms were cozy but clean and comfortable - especially the bed! Walkable to Times Square and Broadway. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and we felt safe walking around even after midnight!

The breakfast croissants were amazing! The room was small and cozy, but clean and exactly what we needed. The street noice was loud, but they provided a white noice machine and ear plugs. The roof top was an amazing to have. The staff were all very kind.

this place is cute and facilities/amenities are all great! its so nice how they do breakfast here its small things like croissants and coffee to start your day off. The customer service line was a bit difficult to reach but eventually they answered to resolve our problem with our deactivated key card. Overall, a great place to stay and safe location!

Optimale Lage, Grand Central Station gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sichere Gegend. Zwei kleine Supermärkte gleich nebenan. In der Unterkunft ist alles sehr sauber!! Das Personal könnte etwas gesprächiger sein (check out). Leider hatte ich für zwei Nächte kein warmes Wasser zum duschen. Das wurde erst behoben nachdem ich mit dem Expedia Kundenservice Kontakt aufgenommen habe. Wäre das nicht vorgefallen würde ich das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Und hat wirklich alles sehr gut gefallen! Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber das kann man auf den Bildern deutlich erkennen. Das süße Frühstück war auch genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren super und alle im Hotel auch wirklich nett. Die junge Frau, welche das Frühstück herrichtet und auch Reinigungskraft ist, ist besonders positiv durch ihre Nettigkeit ausgefallen! Die Lage ist auch wirklich super, man kann das Rockefeller Center innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten fußläufig erreichen und die U-Bahn innerhalb von ca 7 Minuten. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! :)
