Todos super bien en el hotel, un hotel pequeño, con un excelente ubicación, cerca del tren, comidas y compras. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que hubo un día que no tuvimos acensor, se averió dos veses el mismo día, pero la respuesta para repararlo fue rápido. No se deje llevar por el puente que queda cerca por ahi pasa un tren pero la verdad que no se escucha en la habitación, duermes muy bien. Volveria en otra ocasión!!

Si te gusta comer solo waffles y pan, está bien, pero no hay ni huevos u otra comida que te sustente y solo lo mismo ponen todos los días, no es buen desayuno, nos tocó una ducha horrible casi me quemo, porque no se podía calibrar bien, ó muy fría ó muy caliente, además una noche no dormimos porque nos tocó un vecino que fumó hierba toda la noche y olía espantosa la habitación, pedimos cambio de habitación, si lo resolvieron pero no volvería a ese lugar.

Fabulous price for NYC. Slightly loud with the bridge traffic so close, but not unexpected for the city. Very clean, bright. The only draw back is that people outside the room can hear every word inside. I heard conversations on telephones or with others in the room while in the hallway (only my neighbor across the hall while in my room, but they had exceptionally loud conversations). Maybe a rug in the bedrooms would have muffled the sound a bit? Other than that, not a single complaint. Excellent overall.

We were “upgraded“ to a top floor suite. Sounded great but was also a bit odd. The beds were shorter than normal to accommodate the shape of the room? But the room was clean and comfortable and the view from what became the shared balcony was amazing. Was the second time staying there and still think it is a solid choice and decent hotel when staying in the city

The room was clean (a little bit small) but very cozy and suited our needs. The breakfast was nice and it included banana muffins, hot and beverages, bagels, cereal (6 AM - 10 AM). Staff was friendly. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel after we checked out at 11 AM. The bed sheets had some stains. The bathroom in the room had towels, hair dryer, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The area was walkable and near a subway station, and shops.

I wanted to give them a 5 star rating, but... when we checked in, the room we got was literally in the lobby area so it was very loud all night long, minus the sirens and such of NYC, which isn't anything to complain about, that's just NYC sounds... between the front desk staff talking and whistling and a young child screaming at the top of her lungs from midnight until 3am it was one of the more torturous sleeps I've had in a while. The breakfast was all processed foods, so we didn't eat it. Our room had leftover luggage in it when we arrived. The room seemed very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Try to not be on the 1st floor if you stay here would be my advise. Great places to eat and within walking distance of a lot of interesting things!

The hotel was OK - it has a good location and a close walk to the LES. The rooms are outdated with very little amenities. However, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure quite decent. Please note that it's right by the bridge and the train lines, so it can get quite noisy depending on the room selection.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The pictures online have absolutely nothing to do with the reality of this place. It is completely misleading. What you see in the photos is not what you get at all. The hotel is dirty, old, and poorly maintained. Everything looks worn out, damaged, and neglected. The furniture is outdated, the walls are stained, and the overall condition feels unsafe and uncomfortable. It honestly looks like it hasn’t been renovated in decades. Even the sheets were in terrible condition. They were extremely worn out, deteriorated, and yellowish, which made the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. Clean bedding is the bare minimum in any hotel, and this place failed completely. The rooftop terrace (which looked beautiful in the photos) is nothing like advertised. In reality, it’s run-down, poorly maintained, and practically destroyed. It does not resemble the promotional pictures in any way. It was extremely disappointing. The service was just as bad. There is no sense of hospitality, no professionalism, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. The staff was unhelpful and inattentive. It felt like no one cared. The location is also not good. It’s near Chinatown, but the surrounding area did not feel clean or pleasant. It definitely did not feel like a comfortable or convenient area to stay in. Overall, this place should not even be called a hotel. It is misleading, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money. I wo

The room was modest but comfortable for two people. The bed sheets had a peculiar yellow stain, so I decided to leave them aside and avoid sleeping in them. I was given a room on the first floor, right next to the lobby and in front of the elevator. While this location was convenient, I found it inconvenient because I could hear every noise coming from the lobby, including the commotion that was happening there, especially on Saturday night when there was some sort of issue with the police. Despite the noise, I appreciated the daily room service and the trash removal. The hotel was located near some train tracks, so I often heard the train. Overall, my stay was okay.

Hola, en realidad me gustó el hotel, el servicio del personal. Lo único malo como lo indiqué en días anteriores, fue que el elevador estuvo dañado por 4 días y en este momento estoy con la consecuencia de dolor extremo de rodilla. Estábamos en el piso 4. Y también que hubo un paquete de Amazon qué me dejaron en el hotel y no apareció, lamentablemente venía a nombre de mi esposo y no mio, entonces no se si lo botaron. Otra cosa difícil fue la barrera del idioma porque solo hablaban chino e inglés. Y nosotros solamente español. Muchas gracias. En realidad puedo decir que estuvo bien el servicio de hospedaje.
