No swimming pools on property and no microwaves so when you go out and eat don't bring any leftovers back you won't be able to heat it up

It was an upscale experience. All staff encountered were extremely nice. Even upon arrival not sure where to go, the security just observed that I wasn't sure where to go and before I could ask for assistance, I was approached asking did I need assistance. I never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator. I felt extra secure with the use of the key card.

It’s very convenient location and it’s the heart of Times Square, accessible to the places we want to explore in NYC, clean and we most appreciate is that we can store our luggages after checking out since our flight is at 9 pm and we still have a chance to walk around while waiting for our departure time.
