Amazing location

The property is like a minute away from the subway which makes it super easy to travel anywhere. It’s spacious and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The host was super friendly and replied in a timely manner. Definitely an amazing place to stay!

Great apartment!

This is a very clean and well appointed apartment in a very nice area. The beds and linens are comfortable, the space is very open and we enjoyed spending time on the deck. The host is very nice and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment and easy access to subway

Lovely apartment in a quiet building with a relaxing setup. Nearby parks are a plus in an easy to navigate neighborhood. Love that grocery stores and subway are nearby. Would stay again, thank you!

Affordable Weekend

The apartment was clean and appeared to have recently been updated. The location was not accurately listed on VRBO but is actually in a better part of Brooklyn. Close to the L train and several nice coffee shops. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable Stay with easy access to trains

Such a lovely space during our stay in NYC! There was an abundance of supplies for any needs we had (towels, cleaning items, utensils, etc). The space was clean and was so comfortable for 3 people. Location was amazing as the train was less than 5 min away from the place. Also, there’s lots of food, grocery stores, and bodegas nearby that made it easy to get any snacks/food or any other household things. Communication was easy with host. Would very much stay again if I’m in NYC!

Great place in a great location

Updated/modern apartment in a great location in Brooklyn. Close to subway, shops and restaurants. The balcony was a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. And accessing the apartment requires no stairs (rare in NYC)! There is just a gentle ramp in the entryway and an elevator. The host was amazing! When we had a small issue with the door lock they responded immediately and fixed it right away. Will definitely stay again!

Nice apartment - close to subway

This was a nice, comfortable apartment. The reason for the lower rating is that we did not receive check in instructions prior to check in, and the location listed is not accurate. It is still close to the subway, however, not the best area. During our stay, there was a sign on the complex front door stating there had been a recent string of robberies on the street. A little unnerving.

The apartment is as the pictures show and it was clean when we got there. The apartment is a pleasant size. When we got there, the hallway was full of packages and we could barely get into the apartment. There were two towels for three people. When we asked, the landlady told us that we should take the packages in the hallway into the apartment; there are more new towels there. These were of course unwashed. A kitchen is available. However, most of the utensils are old, worn things. The cookware is scratched and the coating is off. The volume is monitored online. But what we complain about most is the provision of an incorrect address. You will only receive the correct address once you have booked.

Stay was fine. Check in was unclear, cleaning ladies there until four pm. No extra blankets for guests as the reservation was for six people which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Overall these would’ve made the experience more enjoyable. Location was nice and easy to get to.
