Clean common area and room, comfy bed (I am 6’5” and slept like a baby), great view from the Empire Terrace Suite. 24 hour gym, vending machines that don’t cost an arm and a leg to get drinks from. Rooftop bar was nice and fairly priced for the area. Walked from Penn station when I arrived via train and it took 10 minutes at a city pace. Many good food options in Koreatown and a market (H-Mart) across the street that also serves food on the second floor. Stayed two nights and left my bags in their secured baggage area while I walked around on my last day after check out until my train arrived. It was extremely convenient not having to carry my belongings around while I passed the time prior to leaving the city. My ONLY gripe was when I was trying to reach the front desk prior to my arrival (hours I could not reach them. I pressed the correct input and still got routed to central booking who could not help me due to the fact that I booked third party with Expedia. I addressed this with staff when I arrived and they were very apologetic and explained that it had been busy and they assured me that they would be there for any need I had during my stay. All in all for the price, location, and time of year I would absolutely recommend this location. The view from the terrace suite of the Empire State Building was amazing, the food and drink in the immediate area was affordable and noteworthy ( Jongro BBQ, H-Mart, grace street, and Mochi Mochi- to name a few)

Busy end of town. Really noisy at night. Rooms are small and lacking some things like a fridge. Good central location for getting around however and the cleaning staff are on top of things well.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location , smallest room I have ever stayed in when opening the door from hall into room the bed is right there, tired bathroom again very small space around the toilet, on check in no smile or direction to lift , general lack of interest, not value for money

Handy location close to Penn Station and an easy walk to lots of attractions, theatres, the library, and Bryant Park. Plenty of restaurants around, especially if you love Korean food. Front desk staff and porter all friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the older side, but clean and not as cramped as NY hotel rooms can be.

Rooms are terribly small, my first one without a window. The hotel clearly gives the worst rooms to 3rd party reservations - I had to ask to be moved out of my broom-closet of a room the first time. The second room was adequate, not great.

Great location, nighttime is very active. The room itself is a bit outdated, the tv didn’t work and the AC wasn’t cooling properly. But overall it was good, got the job done!

Our bedding was not clean on the pull out couch- crumbs and hair on the sheets. I also had to clean hair off our bathroom floor when we arrived. The location was great for subway access and food etc. Overall a good experience.

The property was in the middle of Koreatown. Hidden gem. Once inside the outside work disappears. The staff was great, except for one person. Now the hotel was clean, the rooftop bar has a great view of the Empire State Building. Would’ve been a great place but the dealbreaker for us was that the rooms were very small. The king bed took up about half of the whole room. We couldn’t open our suitcase, too big for the desk and not much room to use the rack provided. The other issue was that we were right by the ice machine and it was loud and constantly used at night. The

I was a little bit disappointed when I open the door of my room : really small room with two windows with a view on brick walls, cannot open the windows, no A/C, duct tape around bathroom window… At least, the location is perfect! Its a good place to stay if you wanna be close to everything by walk. I will go back if I can pick a better room…

If you want to be right in the center of K-town with lots of food around this is the place for you. Note these rooms are not soundproof and guests slam doors and talk really loud at night, if you are a light sleeper this is NOT for you. The rooms were pretty ok, its NYC so hotels are generally more expensive for basic stuff. All in All I had a great time and the staff were really nice and helpful.

This hotel is decent. It's clean. The rooms are nothing special but good enough. It's pretty much a 2.5-3 star hotel. The staff is pretty much non-existent. It seems like there is only one person at the front desk and that's pretty much it. You do need to use your key card to get into the hotel front door so that's a nice security feature with all the insane party like activity on this block. This hotel is right in the heart of Koreatown and the street was hopping all week long. You can hear tons of street noise and loud music on the weekends and on some weekdays but it's not difficult to sleep through it cause you're so tired from all the walking during the day. If you like all the street activity, this hotel is in a great location. If you like quiet then this is not the place to stay at. I would stay here again if I was in NY for a short stay. This hotel has no restaurant or eateries and is really needing a nice lounge. There is one but I didn't think it was very inviting or relaxing to sit in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property and room was always cleaned when we returned to the hotel. the location is a 10-15 minute walk to everywhere convenient in the city. When I return, this is a hotel I would love to stay at again
